Everybody get their own lives
  Why did I put my old picture above in my SPZ again? One main reason is everyone of us has got our own lives after graduated form our U for nearly half a year. Last weekend, I advised my classmates in U, who are now working in SZH, to get together for a dinner. About 12 friends attended our party held in Vienna Hotel. all boys and girls enjoyed theirselves not for the wonderful food, but because we could get together again like studying in our U.

  Everybody changed not because of their looks, but we get different experience from each other, which we shared that night. Most of us go into the different business, so each work experience for us is valued. After we got the information from others, we can easily discern ourselves and determine which is the best way for us to walk straight. One of my friend is beginning to carve out for himself, which is the greatest news for me. I never think I can have my own business today or a short period from now, so I feel very surprise that my classmates have a strong sense of business and speculation, which I have none. when he was talking his carving out during the half a year's time, I looked backward to that day when my manager made the performance appraisal for me. I talked to my manager about my development working in Maersk GSC for the furture. In a word, Maersk GSC is like a factory, a high class factory, in which the workers needn't use much strength or brainwork, as long as they can input the right information into the right forms according to the given procedure. So the problems come forth. For example, how can our colleagues improve themselves? Most know how to make their job perfectly,in the least time but the least errors. But few know why and how to fish, which is the key! For example, all know that the consignee for seaway bill can't be shown as "TO ORDER", but few know why. I should not follow this way while I am  working, but should raise more questiones like "why and how"! This is the first way how to improve myself in the Corp. Then, I should study the management of the Corp, like how the company operates globally; how the different sections for the global company communicate, like GSC and CSA; why Maersk Line and Maersk Logistics are divided... Thirdly, be more lively in the company. I think I should have more sense of the responsibility for our team, furtherly for my company! Let the company be conscious of my presence, which can create the value for it. Finally, before 30 years old, I should have my own business and have a family...

  Hope my classmates in U can be succeed in the short period's time in the future. without doubt, the relationship among my classmates in U is a big big vendibility for me in the future.
 
  And this weekend, I got another date with 2 special friends, Vivi and David. After searching the furniture Vivi needs for her new flat in SZH, we walked a long way searching for our supper. In the end, we chose sushi, as we were so tired and hungry then that we were not willing to walk a further step. I feel I am the happinest person in the world that night, because I can be have a comfortable dinner with the friends I really care and miss. What are our topic that night? Only for our not bad presence and our luciferous future. ^_^!
